Smooth booking, good cruise

Booked a Nile River cruise. Website was easy. Trip was enjoyable. No issues with transfer. Would use again.

Good value with early bird offer

I was looking for a good deal and snagged an early bird offer for a superior room at one of their all-inclusive resorts. The discount was pretty significant, making the overall cost feel very reasonable for what was included. I compared it to a few other chains, and Jaz definitely came out on top for value this time around. The food and drinks were decent for an all-inclusive, and the water park access was a big plus for the kids. It felt like I got a good bang for my buck without compromising too much on quality.

Good stay, some minor issues

I booked a family room at a Jaz resort for a summer vacation. The booking process on their site was smooth enough, and the family stay discount made it a decent value. The room was spacious and clean, which was great for us. However, the check-in took longer than I expected, maybe 25 minutes, and one of the pool bars seemed understaffed during peak hours. Overall, it was a positive experience, but they could definitely improve on speeding up arrival and service at busy spots.

Detailed review of my Jaz experience

I recently booked a junior suite at one of their luxury beach resorts for a week. The booking process through jazhotels.com was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear descriptions of the room types. I opted for the airport transfer service, which was prompt and efficient, getting me to the hotel without any hassle. The junior suite itself was well-appointed and had a great view, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Dining at the fine dining restaurant was a highlight; the food quality was excellent. I also used the spa facilities, which were clean and relaxing. Check-out was quick, and the staff were professional throughout my stay. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in getting fresh towels one afternoon, but it was quickly resolved after a call to housekeeping. Overall, a solid luxury experience.

Amazing desert safari!

My stay at a Jaz desert resort was fantastic! The desert safari I booked through them was an unforgettable experience. Everything was so well organized, from the pickup to the delicious dinner under the stars. I really enjoyed my time and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I'm already planning my next trip and telling all my friends about it!

Consistent quality, reliable service

This was my third time booking with Jaz Hotels, and as usual, they delivered. I chose a private villa rental this time, having previously stayed in a deluxe room and a junior suite. The quality of accommodation remains consistently high across different tiers, which is why I keep coming back. The kids club was a hit with my children, just like last year. My previous bookings were for beach resorts, and this villa experience was just as good. It's reassuring to know what to expect in terms of service and facilities. They've maintained their standards well.
